Tried the Aspen fruit crepe for the first time. Light, fruity, and the crepe was thin but held together well. Usually go heavy with the skillet but it was nice to try something different. The espresso was good too, smooth and not bitter. Come here about once a week now and have yet to be disappointed. Consistent food, ... consistent service. Read More
Stumbled on this place while looking for somewhere to grab breakfast before a meeting on Capital Circle. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the inside was clean and bright. Had the bagel sandwich with a side of fruit. Quick service, the food was fresh, and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Would not have found it ... without Google Maps, but now I know it's there. Bagel sandwich with lox. Simple, fresh, and the cream cheese was generous. The bagel itself had a good chew to it, not stale. Paired it with the Lavazza drip coffee from the carafe and honestly it's a perfect low-key breakfast. No fuss, no waiting, just a clean meal in a clean restaurant. Recommended this to three ... coworkers already. Read More
Jane is super efficient and even when it's packed, the food comes out pretty quick.
Just moved to Tallahassee for work and have been trying to find a breakfast spot that feels like home. This is it. The homestead breakfast reminded me of what my mom used to make, just solid eggs, bacon, toast, and hash. Nothing fancy, nothing needed. The team made me feel like a regular on my first visit. Already ... been back twice. Read More
Drove down from Thomasville with my wife after seeing the line on a Saturday morning through the window once. Went on a weekday this time and got right in. The Belgian waffle was thick and golden. Her eggs benedict was rich. Neither of us left hungry. Liked it enough to make the drive again, which says something ... because there are breakfast spots closer to us. Read More
Gooey buns and an iced latte is the perfect breakfast combo. sweet, warm, caffeinated. what more do you need. also the staff is always so friendly its hard not to smile walking in
Three coworkers and I came for a Friday breakfast. All got different things and nobody had a single complaint. The benedict, the skillet, the pancakes, the burrito. All good. The server kept up with our table easily and the coffee stayed full. Already planned our next group breakfast here. Easy to get to from our ... office on Blair Stone. Read More
Gooey buns and an espresso to start. Then the loaded skillet. Then regret because I was too full to move. But the good kind of regret. Everything was fresh and hot, the skillet had real chunks of potato and the eggs on top were runny like I asked. Only thing is I wish they were open a little later but 2:30 is fair for ... a breakfast place. Read More
Grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. Came with a side salad that was actually fresh. The sandwich itself was well seasoned and the bread had a nice toast on it. Been coming here for breakfast for a couple months now but this was my first time trying the lunch menu. Pleasantly surprised. Not just a breakfast place.
Brought the whole family on a Sunday, six of us, and the team didn't miss a beat. All the food came out together, hot, and correct. Husband's skillet was loaded and my daughter loved the kids pancakes. The wait was about 20 minutes which honestly felt short for a Sunday morning. Already been back since.
Two words. Gooey buns. Warm, sticky, sweet, and gone before you realize you should have ordered a second one. Got those plus the breakfast burrito. The burrito was packed and the green chili had a nice little kick. Server was quick & friendly. Already planning my next visit.
Drove past this place a hundred times and never stopped until last week. Wish I'd come sooner. The Belgian waffle combo was exactly what I wanted, crispy edges, soft middle, with eggs and bacon on the side. Our server was fast and friendly, had our drinks before we even finished looking at the menu. The restaurant ... felt clean and the seating was comfortable. Read More
Aspen fruit crepe was actually amazing. fresh fruit, light crepe, not heavy at all. usually dont order crepes bc they always disappoint but this one was actually worth it. my friend got the pancakes and said they were better than maple street
Brought my book club group here, party of 6, and they handled it smoothly. Everyone ordered something different and all of it came out within maybe 15 minutes. The waffles got the most compliments at the table. The server kept our coffee carafe full the entire time. Appreciate a place that can handle a group without ... making you feel like an inconvenience. Read More
Went for lunch instead of breakfast and was surprised by how good the burger was. Didn't expect much from a breakfast place but the patty was thick and cooked right. Fries were decent. The salad my wife got was fresh and actually had flavor. Might start coming here for lunch more often since the wait is shorter than ... weekend brunch. Read More
so I used to go to kekes every weekend but my roommate dragged me here and now I get why people wait in line. the pancakes are so much better and they have that pancake of the month thing which is kinda fun. 10/10 would go back
Found this place on Google when we moved to Tallahassee from Jacksonville a few months ago. Been 4 times now. Every visit the food has been consistent and the team is always welcoming. The outdoor seating is great now that the weather is cooling down. Usually get the eggs benedict and the homestead breakfast. Portions ... are generous and the coffee carafe on the table is such a nice detail. This has become our weekend routine. Read More
My new favorite breakfast spot. Delicious food and Christina provided great service. I've really enjoyed everything I have tried.
Took my kids on a random Tuesday morning and it was nice to not have a wait for once. They loved the kids menu, lots of options. Had the breakfast burrito with green chili and the portion was massive. Server was patient with my youngest who changed her order 3 times. Clean bathrooms too which I always notice.
Come enjoy the best brunch in Tallahassee today!
